Alex is an enrolled agent specializing in working with small to medium-sized businesses seeking to outsource accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services. He has over 20 years of experience working in management level positions focusing on corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, and financial systems. He holds a BS in Accounting and MBA from Woodbury University, and has been an Adjunct Professor for the University of Phoenix since 2008.

 Geoff is an enrolled agent and certified public accountant who specializes in automating business processes and resolving complex tax issues. He is the author of the Automated Advisor and the Small Business Operations Manual and was named a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute in 2015. He holds a BS in Accounting from Pepperdine University, an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and is a JD candidate at Southwestern Law School.

Jose is a California Registered Tax Preparer who specializes in assisting individuals and small businesses with their tax obligations. He was previously a manager for a successful landscaping business. He holds a BS in Accounting from CSUN, where he was part of the volunteer income tax program and is currently studying for the CPA exams.

Tax Prep

The tax code is complicated and constantly changes, requiring our professionals to take over 50 hours of continuing education to remain up to date on the law to best serve you. We offer income tax preparation services for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. Once you drop off or upload your documents to our secure portal, our return will be prepared, reviewed, and electronically filed by a licensed tax professional to allow you to pay the lowest amount allowable by law in taxes and receive any refund you are due as quickly as possible. We also have rush service available where a return is needed within 24 hours. We will also review prior year returns upon request for accuracy and provide specific recommendations to implement to ensure you are utilizing all potential deductions you may qualify to reduce your tax bill next year.

Tax Planning

No one likes paying taxes, and there is no law requiring you to structure your affairs to benefit the government. Our professionals have extensive experience working with individuals and businesses to implement strategies that allow clients to fully utilize deductions to pay as little as possible to the tax authorities.

Tax Problems

No one likes the IRS. Let us take care of them for you. Our managing director worked for one of the largest tax resolution companies in the United States representing hundreds of taxpayers with complex tax problems, including difficult offers in compromises and erroneous assessments. He oftens consults for other tax professionals on issues their clients are facing and is collaborating on an updated guide to tax practice and procedure. We can represent you before all levels of the IRS and have strategic partnerships with incredibly competent tax attorneys to take cases to Tax Court when needed.
